We put together a list of websites that provide general information for Canadian newcomers as well as a list of organizations and websites that might help you meet new people, network and make new friends in Canada.

Making friends, networking, meeting new people: – a global website that helps people with shared interests plan meetings and form offline clubs in local communities around the world. – the Calgary Newcomers Club is a non-profit social club run by member volunteers. The mandate of the club is to provide its members with opportunities for social interaction with other women who are new to Calgary through shared interests and activities. – American Women’s Club of Toronto. The club is open to any woman who is American by birth or citizenship and currently living in Toronto. – Asian Canadian Community. – this is a directory of Newcomers Clubs, Women’s Groups, Moms Clubs & Dads organizations in Alberta, which are designed to give men and women the opportunity to meet and develop friendships with others who live in the area.
